The starting gun for Christmas in Estepona coincides with the day the Christmas lights are turned on. Even though the decorations in the streets start to become visible by the end of October, one thing is putting up the lights and another is turning them on.

The lighting ceremony will be held on Friday, November 29th at 7:00 PM in Paseíllo.
Estepona is getting ready to welcome Christmas with a dazzling light show that will illuminate the city on Friday, November 29. The event will begin at 7:00 PM on Paseíllo, coinciding with the inauguration of Calle Terraza.
Lights with LED technology
All decorative elements feature LED technology.
More than 2,100 have been installed throughout the municipality, highlighting white and blue tones.
Activities and concerts to celebrate the lighting of Christmas lights in Estepona.
At 7:30 PM, in Antonia Guerrero Square, special performances by the Children’s Christmas Carol Choir and the nativity plays ‘Nostalgia Navideña’ and ‘Jesús Cautivo’ will take place.
At 9:30 PM, the Botanical-Orchid Park will be the stage for a free concert that will close the night with music and joy.
This event not only marks the beginning of the holiday season but also underscores the Town Hall’s commitment to sustainability through the use of LED technology in all the lighting. Don’t miss it!
