Its cozy central courtyard is the best of this hotel where we can relax surrounded by plants, orange trees, the scent of jasmine and the gurgling of a small fountain. The décor is classic, luxurious and elegant, with rich textiles and gilded statues, mosaic floors, sofas with capitonné and exposed brick walls.
Most of the rooms are outward-facing and have a terrace or balcony, although there are also rooms facing the courtyard. If among the guests there is a person with reduced mobility, we recommend the double room with two beds, specially adapted to their needs. However, the best thing this hotel offers is the possibility of having a bicycle free of charge to discover the city at the rhythm of the pedals.

We changed our style to an urban and modern hotel with 36 double rooms in four categories: standard, city view, rooftop and rooms adapted for disabled guests, all with breakfast included. Depending on availability, rooms may be interconnected, making it a good option for family or group travel. The decoration is modern and functional, with clean lines and neutral tones. In its bar La Plaza, you can relax without leaving the hotel with its variety of tapas and drinks.
Continental breakfast, 24-hour online reception, the possibility of obtaining a crib, airport transfer are some of the other services that can be found in this hotel. Although without a doubt, the best feature is the swimming pool on the terrace, adapted and overlooking the old town and the beach. One of the best places to see the sunset of Estepona from the top of the city.
The price per night on weekends ranges between 112 and 125 euros, although the minimum reservation is for two nights.
3- Hotel Silken El Pilar.
This four-star hotel is one of the newest hotels in Estepona, located in the central Plaza de las Flores and only 250 meters from the famous beach of La Rada. It has 36 rooms of eclectic style, the result of the fusion between the most modern design and the timelessness of colors and textures inspired by the elements of nature. 4- Casa de la Borrega.
We went from hotels to tourist apartments to stop at one of the most unique and charming of the city: La Casa de la Borrega. And, if you are a history lover, you can stay in this building dating back to no less than 1614, where the Marquis of Mondéjar lived along with other important personalities of the town, which gave the building an emblematic and unique character, so it has been listed as a place of tourist interest in the city. Its beautiful Andalusian decoration, its interior patio and its excellent location will make you enjoy a comfortable vacation as a couple, with family or friends.
The complex has eight apartments named after the eight Andalusian capitals, which can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. The common areas are under video surveillance and access to the apartments is through a security code.
The minimum stay in this accommodation is one week and the price per night is 76 euros for a two-person apartment.
5- Chacón Apartments & Suites.
This centrally located apartment, located in Calle Santa Ana, belongs to a family with an old tradition in the hotel business, which was the owner of the old Hostal el Pilar, today converted into the Hotel Silken el Pilar that we have previously mentioned. The apartments are a new construction built on an old house, whose facade is protected as it is of cultural interest and is located in the 150 meters proximity circle of the Castle of San Luis, which dates back to the XVI century. All these points make them possess the charm of the traditional for its enclave, but with the comforts of the new and modern.
Its five apartments have everything necessary for a pleasant stay, thanks to a decoration in neutral tones, straight lines, comfortable and sober furniture. Some rooms have an interior patio, and all are fully equipped, with 100% cotton bed linen and towels, complete kitchenware, safe, microwave/grill, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, air conditioning, Smart TV, free wireless Internet, crib, hair dryer, washing machine and ironing equipment.
6- La Casa del Patio.
We finish our selection with these nine apartments, where we return to an authentic Andalusian style in its decoration, as they are located in a renovated building in the historic center of Estepona. The central courtyard is once again the heart of this house, which has two facades, one facing San Miguel Street and the other facing San José Street. Each of them gives access to different apartments.
