The VII Estepona Fashion Week is an annual event that will be held from September 20 to 23, 2023 at the local Orquidario Botanical Park. This event is a showcase of creativity and passion in the fashion world.
Led by stylist and image consultant Miguel Toledo and Juanchy García Estudio de Fotografía, local establishments will present the new collections of fashion, beauty and accessories for the Autumn-Winter 2023-2024 season.
During the week will be held the IV Contest of Young Designers ‘Estepona de Moda’, where eight finalists will be selected to present their work in a parade on September 23. Prizes will also be awarded to the winners and recognition will be given to outstanding designers.

The IV Contest of Young Designers ‘Estepona de Moda’ is an exciting opportunity for all young designers living, studying or working in Andalusia. This contest seeks to discover and promote new talents in the fashion world.
Contest rules and requirements
To participate in the contest, the following requirements must be met:
- Be between 18 and 35 years of age.
- Residing, studying or working in Andalusia.
Contestants must submit a complete proposal of six designs, which must be sent by e-mail.
Deadline for registration and submission of proposals
The deadline to register and submit proposals by e-mail is August 31. They should be sent to [email protected], including an attached file (JPG, PNG, TIF or PDF) with photographs of the designs submitted. Important: the subject of the email must specify: Estepona de Moda Contest. If you want to participate, be sure to submit all required compositions in time for consideration in the contest.
Selection of finalists and fashion show
Selection process of eight finalists
After the closing of the registration period, a rigorous selection process will be carried out to choose the eight finalists of the IV Contest of Young Designers ‘Estepona de Moda’. A jury composed of prominent professionals from the fashion world will evaluate the proposals based on their originality, creativity and quality. Applicants must showcase their talent and skills through innovative and avant-garde designs.
Presentation of works at the September 23 parade
The big event of the Fashion Week will come on September 23 with the expected fashion show in the gardens of the Botanical Orchid Park. The eight selected finalists will have the opportunity to show their work on the catwalk, presenting their proposals to an audience eager for new trends and to a specialized jury.

Awards and recognitions
Prize details for the contest winner
The winner of the IV Contest of Young Designers ‘Estepona de Moda’ will be awarded a prize of 1,000 euros and a trophy in recognition of his talent and creativity in the world of fashion. In addition to the cash prize, the winner will be awarded a well-deserved recognition as an outstanding designer of the Estepona Fashion Week, giving him the opportunity to promote his work to industry professionals and the public attending the parade.
Prizes for second and third place, and runner-up prizes for outstanding designers.
The runner-up in this prestigious fashion design competition will receive a prize of 500 euros and a trophy in recognition of their outstanding participation and creative ability. Third place will be rewarded with a two-night stay at the Hotel El Pilar Andalucía in Estepona, in addition to receiving a trophy in recognition of their talent.
In addition to the first three places, five runner-up prizes of 200 euros each will be awarded to outstanding designers who have demonstrated originality and skill in their proposals. These accésit awards will be given as an additional incentive to the talented participants of the IV Contest of Young Designers ‘Estepona de Moda’.
